Why is it only £99? What's the catch?
This is just how I'd rather you meet me and my coaching: properly, for a month, instead of through a sales call.
Cause I hate sales calls.
I've never boxed in my life, can I still do it?
Almost none of my clients had ever touched a boxing glove before their first session.
We're not training for the ring, we're training for fun and to de-stress. Technique doesn't matter here
What if I'm not fit enough?
Everything is set to your level on day one: the weights, the pace, the pads.
You'll work hard, but you'll never be handed something you can't do.
I have an injury, is it safe for me to do?
No problem! I've got clients training brilliantly around knee replacements and old injuries.
Working around something is normal, not a problem.
What Do I need?
Nothing at all, I provide the boxing gloves for the 1:1 session.
The workout, nutrition plan, and everything else will work around you.
What happens after the four weeks?
Day 28 is your review: week one next to week four, side by side: strength, energy, sleep, measurements.
Then you decide. Carry on with the coaching or walk away with your plan, your nutrition guide, and everything you've learned.
No contract, nothing renews unless you choose it.
What if it's not for me?
That's fine, you still get to keep the programme, the nutrition plan, and the results
